こちらのサイトで、自動でインストールに必要なファイルを集めてくれる
非常に便利な統合ダウンロードInstaller（32/64bit両対応）を公開されていますので利用させて頂きましたが
私の環境ではリモコンが使用できませんでしたので純正ドライバを使用致しました。
（おそらくインストール等に試行錯誤したせいだとは思いますが・・・）
デバイスマネージャ→ヒューマンインターフェイスデバイス→Quixun QRS-UT100B USB Remote Control driver
こちらに×が付いている方へこの情報が同様の方の役に立てればと思います。

上記デバイスマネージャ内Quixun QRS-UT100B USB Remote Control driverを右クリック
→ドライバの更新で（HDにコピーした）純正ドライバフォルダを指定してやれば
Quixun_HDTV_N_IR.inf
Quixun_HDTV_N_IR.sys
この二つがインストールされ、純正リモコンが使用可能になるはずです。お試しアレ。
